	The Nettle Bay The residence is located in this large sand area, the Nettle bay, located between the Caribbean sea and a lagoon. The residence is located close to Marigot, in the French part of the island.
	The Residence The residence is formed by a group of 4 buildings surrounding a private pool area and on the lagoon side of the island. You will certainly enjoy the proximity of the residence with the airport, the golf course, the casinos and it is only 5 minutes away from downtown Marigot.
	The entrance of one bulding The Cocotier studios are located in buildings close to the lagoon.
	The Residence's Pool The swimming pool is located face to the lagoon with a private access and some lounge chairs are available for your pleasure and comfort.
	Studio "Mahogany" The studios are 40 square meters including the terrace. They each have a unique spacious room with a king size bed (possibility to add a pull away bed for a third person, available on request) and a closet. They all have air conditioning, a TV and an ironing board. The linens and bathroom towels are included in the rental.
	Studios "Cobalt" A another exemple of an availbale studio. All studios are equied with bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
	Terrace of the studio "Mahogany"  The studios all have a covered terrace with a small kitchen and a table for four. They are equipped with top cooking, a microwave oven, a oven, a washing machine, a refrigerator and a coffee machine. The dishes and all necessary cooking accessories are provided.

	View from the Terrace of one studio All the studios have the view on the pool area. You will certainly appreciate the calm and the scenery during your meals.
	The Residence's beach Located just in front of the residence, this beach is the lagoon's beach. You would like to have a nap here on a chair behind a coconut tree after swimming in the pool.
	Residence's Bar In the residence, you will appreciate to have a drink or lunch at the residence's bar watching the lagoon.
	Shopping In close proximity to the residence you will find many conveniences such as a bar close to the pool, restaurants, boat rentals, pharmacy, doctor, post office, ... However, we advise you to rent a car in order to discover our beautiful island. * All these services are not included in the rental rate of the studios.
