 The residence is located in this large sand area, the Nettle bay, located between the Caribbean sea and a lagoon. The residence is located close to Marigot, in the French part of the island. |
 The residence is a complex of 4 buildings facing the lagoon and around a private pool. You will enjoy its central location (10 minutes driving from the airport, from the golf course and from the casinos). |
 The Cocotier.net's studios are all located in the same bulding, on the lagoon side. This bulding, as all the other ones has been totally renovated this year. |
 The swimming pool is located right next to the lagoon and snack bar. Some courtesy lounge chairs are available. |
 All apartments have a total area of 600 sq. ft. including a patio, a bathroom, a living room/sleeping area and a kitchen. All are furnished and equipped with a television, fridge and air conditioning. Studios for 2 or for 4 persons. |
 Located just in front of the residence, this beach is the lagoon's beach. You would like to have a nap here on a chair behind a coconut tree after swimming in the pool. |
 In the residence, you will appreciate to have a drink or lunch at the residence's bar watching the lagoon's turquoise water. |

We can organize babysitting services* in addition to sailboat* trips to St Barth. We can also organize flight* in a private airplane to St Barth or over St Maarten. In close proximity to the residence you will find many conveniences such as a bar close to the pool, restaurants, car and boat rentals, pharmacy, doctor, laundry, post office, ... However, we advise you to rent a car in order to discover our beautiful island. * All these services are not included in the rental rate of the studios. |
