	Oyster Pond The apartment is located in a private villa in Oyster Pond, which is part of a gated community. Oyster Pond is one of the most stunning and natural place in St Maarten with beautiful white sand beaches. Oyster Pond is located 10 minutes away from Orient Bay and 5 minutes away from Dawn beach, home of the Westin Hotel. Oyster Pond is located 15 minutes away from Grand Case and its famous restaurants and 10 minutes away from exciting Philipsburg, main town of the dutch side.
	The apartement The apartement has a private entrance.
	The entrance of the apartment You also have a private parking space just outside the apartment on the gated lot. The apartment has a private covered terrace with two comfortable seatings to enjoy the sunset. You will certainly appreciate the view overlooking the marina.
	The Living room The Living room is equipped with a large angle sofa, a large screen TV, a CD player, and a DVD player.
	The Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a cooking top, a microwave oven, an oven, a refrigerator and a coffee machine. The dishes and all necessary cooking accessories are provided.
	The refrigerator and the mico wave The refrigerator is located across from the kitchen.
	The Bedroom The bedroom is equipped with a large bed and a closet. There is air conditioning in the bedroom as well as a ceiling fan. You also have the view overlooking the marina from the bedroom.
	The bathroom The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a large Antillean shower and a toilet.
	The Terrace The apartment has a covered terrace with a a table for four.
	View from the Terrace From the terrace you can see the ocean, the marina, the Dutch side Oyster Pond beach and the Westin Hotel’s beach.
	The Dutch side Oyster Pond Beach If you want to stay close to the villa for a swim, you can go to Dutch Side of Oyster Pond at Busby's Beach (a 5 minutes drive from the villa). All the prices are in dollars.
	Oyster Pond Marina If you want to take a stroll, you can walk to the Oyster Pond marina from the villa and enjoy a good meal at the famous Captain Oliver's restaurant.
	Shopping Nearby the villa you have restaurants, boat rentals, a pharmacy, doctor, post office... However, we strongly advise you to rent a car in order to discover our beautiful island.
